I’m one of the MH challengers and my goal is to fit into an A&F muscle tee. My mantra? I need to bulk up. With the right eating plan and training it should be a breeze right? Nope, it ain’t, but I’m going to make it work. I’ve always been known as the skinny guy. I hate the term ‘skinny’, I don’t even wear skinny jeans because it makes skinny guys look even skinnier. I’ll liked to be called ‘slim’ and that’s why I wear slim fit jeans. In terms of this staff challenge, I’m the slimmest of the bunch. You probably think I’ve got it easy but let me tell you, eating 4 to 6 meals a day which need to add up to a total of 10 450KJ, plus 3 to 4 protein shakes and my training makes this a proper challenge, a serious exercise and nutrition journey! The truth: I’m thin, have a fast metabolism and weak arms!
